Every appointment follows the same considered structure, whichever treatment you have booked and whichever studio you visit.

You are welcomed into a private room. There is no shared waiting area and no overlap with other clients.

We confirm your consent details, discuss any changes to your health and agree the plan for your treatment.

Fresh couch roll, single-use applicators and sanitised tools are prepared in front of you. Nothing is double-dipped.

Discreet draping is used throughout. Only the area being treated is exposed, and you are never rushed.

We select hard or soft wax depending on the area, your skin and your hair, and work in small, controlled sections.

Tell us at any point if you need a pause. We adjust pacing, temperature and positioning to suit you.

Skin is soothed and any stray hairs are tweezed for a clean, even finish.

We talk through aftercare, answer questions and, if you wish, plan your next visit.
